Set up your business
Complete your business identity, contact details, address, and sales settings.
Your business profile stores your business identity and settings. Check that the correct business is selected before making changes.
Open your business profile
On the Dashboard, find your business information card. Select Edit business details to open Edit Business Profile.
Cannot see the edit button?
Your account needs permission to edit business details. Ask the business owner to check your access.
Complete your identity and contact details
Under General Information, enter Business Name and choose Industry. Select the logo to Change Logo, or Upload Logo if your business does not have one yet.
Under Contact, enter Email Address and Phone Number if needed. Both are optional, but must use a valid format when entered. For an Indonesian mobile number, use a format such as 081234567890 or +6281234567890, without spaces.
Complete your address and legal details
Address includes the street address, city, province, postal code, country, and business location. Complete the information that applies to your business.
Under Legal & Tax, you can enter registration and tax numbers and their types. For example, use NIB as the registration type and NPWP as the tax type when these match your business documents.
Set sales tax
Under Sales & Tax, use Apply 11% tax to new sales orders to set the initial tax setting. New orders use this setting; tax can still be changed when reviewing an order in Sales.
Set operating hours
Enable Set operating hours if your business only serves customers on certain days and times. Select the days, then set Opens and Closes. Use Open 24 hours for a day without a time limit.
For businesses with multiple branches, use Apply to every branch when the same schedule applies everywhere. When operating hours are disabled, services follow staff availability.
Save and check
Select Save. The business name is required. Correct any highlighted fields before saving again.
After Business profile has been updated successfully. appears, check your business information on the Dashboard.
