Make your first sale
Follow Larizin’s Sales flow, from choosing products and reviewing the order to accepting payment.
Use Sales to record a customer’s order.
Before you start
Make sure you have added products, set selling prices, and stocked the branch that will handle the sale. Out-of-stock products cannot be added.
Steps in the app
Open Sales from the Dashboard
On the Dashboard, select Start Selling. If more than one branch is available for sales, choose a branch first. With one branch, Larizin opens Sales directly.
If the button is unavailable, check your sales access, branch access, and attendance requirements.
Find and add products
Use Search code or product name..., or choose a category to filter the catalog. Select Add on the product you want to sell.
The button becomes a quantity control with − and +. The quantity you can add depends on available stock.
Review the order
On a phone, select Review Order to open Order Summary. On tablets and desktops, the summary appears beside the catalog.
Check the Branch, choose a Buyer if needed, and review Order Items. Change quantities, remove products, or select Add note on an item. Notes are limited to 150 characters.
Use Promo to enter a valid promo code. Check Subtotal, the Tax setting, Discount, and Total Bill before continuing. Promo validation requires an internet connection.
Choose how to pay
Select Go to Payment, then choose one of these options.

| Cash | Receive the customer’s money, then select Accept Cash Payment. The sale is recorded as paid. |
| Store QRIS | The customer pays using the QRIS code displayed at the store. Add a payment photo, then select Confirm QRIS Payment. |
| Open bill | Select Open bill to keep the order unpaid and reserve stock for later settlement. |
Store QRIS requires payment proof
QRIS confirmation stays disabled until a payment photo is added.
Check the transaction
After the action succeeds, the app opens the transaction details. Check its items, total, and payment status. Orders created with Open bill still need to be settled later.
Add products by code
In the app, use the scan button beside product search to open the scanner. Recognized codes add a product to the order. If a code is not found, check the code linked to the product variant.
